This is my second time using Aussie Patio to install my patios. I have nothing but praises for their professional handling of the whole process from start to the finish! I find the owner Bob Noakes to be caring and approachable towards my concerns regarding a few issues and he himself had personally came on site to address them. Having dealt with Ross, Bob and the team from Aussie Patios for the initial design, planning, council approval and construction of our new Patio, I was incredibly pleased with both the professionalism and capability this team. I felt the team captured/ improved upon exactly what we wanted, making the process seem easy. We used the services of Aussie Patio Designs to remove our old patio and install a new one. We lodged a web request and it was attended by Ross within a a couple of days. He made a visit to our home and gave us the options available and the verbal comments was followed with detailed drawing, stages involved, time from the beginning to completion and cost estimate. Once we accepted their quote, the rest of the work progressed in the background. Once the council permits were obtained, Bob came to our place and measured all the dimensions, discussed colours and our thoughts on multiple designs. Once all the designs were agreed, Sheldon and Locky with help from Scott complete the work on time. Throughout the project we had excellent communication and Bob, as well as Sheldon was always available to clear any of our doubts. Overall a very good experience and we will certainly use them again if a need arises.

Aussie Patios came in with the best quote and Ross was very helpful in the consultation stages. Lockie and Sheldon who installed the patio were second to none in work ethic and efficiency. My only issue was a lack of clear communication around the installation date confirmation. The materials arrived when promised but the next representative didn’t reach out to confirm the date of the build until I asked. All in all a great experience for the process and end result was delivered as promised.

We had a great experience with Aussie Patio Designs. Everyone we dealt with was super friendly and helpful. They helped us with the design and organised the installation around weeks that were best for us, which was greatly appreciated as I have a newborn and a toddler. We had an issue with the infill material for the front having slight damage marks from strapping down to the trailer during transportation, and when I raised my concern about this they happily and promptly redelivered more material and replaced it. After much research and quotes we decided on Aussie Patios for our carport and front porch as they offered the best value and we are very pleased with the result. Ross the sales rep suggested the carport roof at an angle and it looks amazing. Ian the installer only took 3 days to erect the carport and front porch. The site was left clean and tidy, all rubbish was removed. All the staff we dealt with were efficient and courteous and they dealt with the council approval process. We are very happy with finished product and can highly recommend Aussie Patios.

We have inquired in a lot of shops and was told repetitively that putting a patio at the back of our small house is impossible. Aussie Patio Designs was the only one that gave us hope and told us it is possible as they are an expert and knows the boundaries and regulations and how to work around it even for the impossible ones. Bob and his crew was very patient and true to their promise after a long awaited process of approval from the council we now enjoy staying at our patio. The kids love playing outside and away from direct sunlight or rain. Thank you Aussie Patio Designs.

We inquired about getting a patio extension for our back garden from Aussie Patio Designs, and had Ross come out to do the quote for us. He was friendly, helpful and was able to answer my questions regarding shire regulations. Once they got approval from the shire & the materials were delivered, it was a two day job to get our patio installed thanks to Ian's hard work. Highly recommend Aussie patio designs!!! One stop shop for us as we have installed a cool deck patio and zip track blinds. Prices were reasonable and very competitive. We have been very impressed by the diligence, expertise and customer service of the Aussie Patio crew!Our house is built on a strange angle on the block, so it wasn’t a straight forward job. Bob and Ross came out quite a few times initially to discuss the job and ideas of how it could work. Coatings were given and we made some adjustments, which they promptly sorted out before the build process.Ian, Bob, Sheldon and another worker came and did a great job. Ross originally came out to do a quote a day or two after we enquired about getting our pergola built. He was very professional and listened to exactly what we wanted, even making a few suggestions that made the build even better! These guys have a solution to the build we wanted. But when it didn’t present as we wanted it to, they worked with us with no fuss to design the solution to what we wanted. It was not an easy quick fix, it took a lot of thought to the design as to how to achieve exactly what we pictured. But they heard us and made it happen. Sheldon did a great job bringing the plan to life and nothing was too much trouble. As before there salespeople were great with a timely quote and measure. From the first contact for the quote to the finished patio karen and I were delighted with the standard of service. Everyone showed up when they said. Everything delivered the day before work was due to start. Lochy and Sheldon showed up on time and got straight into the demolishing of the two patios. This was finished in a timely manner and they were able to start some framing before finishing that day. They kept a tidy workplace were polite and kept noise to a minimum. The old patio framing etc was removed without any fuss and nothing left for us to deal with. Both patios were finished within the week. Very pleased with performance off all involved with patio installation. While the project took 10 months to complete, 9 months was courtesy of the Town of Victoria Park planning and building people. Regular follow up by Aussie Patio Designs team kept us up to date but just hit a road block with the council. Once approval given, things moved quick with the build completed in a day. Great result, in the end, and really pleased.

Purpose Cafe is a disability service provider that provides workplace training opportunities for adults with disabilities. Aussie Patio Designs have kindly donated to our cause with the design & installation of our wonderful new cafe alfresco area. We are delighted with the results and very thankful for the support. We have had a front and back patio installed now, both of a top-notch quality. Ross came out and initially quoted up the rear patio, giving plenty of friendly helpful advice they did such agood job we got him out to measure up the front as well. In the quote we also had included the old timber patio dismantled and stacked as we are going to recycle that one on a property down south. Bob came and did a final measurement check as he does with all his clients and got the ball rolling with council approval and material orders. Plenty of good communication on all levels and once the council approval came through the steel was delivered with in a matter of weeks. So pretty much the process of installation happened the day after delivery on both installations. It was exciting watching the old one come down and the new get installed and WOW what a difference, double the entertainment area and even thou we have 60%more roof space it's actually letting 30% more light into the house so win win 🏆 thankyou to all the team Ross, Bob and Sheldon @ Ausse Patio Designs awsome job

Couldn’t be happier with the finished carport. Ross came out to chat and get a better idea of what I wanted, and came up with drawings fairly quickly. Unfortunately there were some delays getting approval because of the council, and this resulted in needing a redesign. Ross was quick to offer suggestions and we decided on this design. Finally received approval and Bob came out to do the final measurements and to also select the colours. Once that was done, we got lucky and were able to have materials delivered and building commenced within 3 weeks. It was originally going to take 2 days to build but Sheldon and team smashed it out within the day.The carport was exactly what we had wanted, and are thankful to the team at Aussie Patio Designs for their work. The pricing was also extremely reasonable and I highly recommend contacting Aussie Patio Designs if you need a carport!

We decided to replace our flat small patio with a 13 x 4m gabled patio and were wrapped with the finished product.We got 4 x quotes and Ross stood out with his knowledge and help.The whole process was easy and Aussie Patio Designs took care of all the required permits.When it was time to build, which was earlier than expected, Ian did an amazing job.
